Lighter, stronger, and better looking than our original Guiderings; the Guidering SL is intended for use on TRS, LG1, and legacy e*thirteen cranks. The Guidering SL is -8mm offset. This offset will achieve both boost (52mm) and non-boost (49mm) spacing on e*thirteen cranks that feature adjustable chainline (2019 and newer TRS & LG1). On legacy and XCX cranks the Guidering SL will achieve a 49mm non-boost chainline. - Direct Mount chainring for TRS and LG1 cranks - Updated M3 narrow-wide tooth profile eliminates chain noise, and decreases overall system wear while retaining chain - 10/11/12 speed. The X-Fusion Manic post uses internal cable routing and was designed around a low-profile seat cradle and seal collar to fit a broad range of frames. The mechanism is air-sprung and hydraulically locked. The area of the chainring with the larger diameter engages with the chain at the optimal point on the downstroke, which is what’s known as the Power Zone. If you were to look at a clock, the Power Zone would be between 1-5 and 7-11. Conversely, the Recovery Zone – back to the clock face, between 11-1 and 5-7 – is the weakest part of the pedal stroke, when the oval maximizes your efficiency. A 34T oval chainring behaves like a 36T chainring when you want power, while behaving like a 32T chainring when you’re climbing.
